Behind every form is someone who wants to join us
Applications gives us a way to continue that first conversation. It brings together answers already saved and those that arrive from now on, without asking anyone to apply again.
Where to find them
- Open Applications in the footer, just after Account administration.
- Sign in with an owner or manager account if needed. You will return to Applications after signing in. Editing accounts cannot see this information.
- The latest answers appear first, ten per page. Search by name, email or city to find a person.
What each application tells us
You can see the submission date in Colombia time, name, email, city and country, skills, availability and the message about experience and collaboration. Open Consent recorded to see the consent version and record reference. Free-text answers stay in the person’s own words even when you change the menu language.
Keep the conversation going
Selecting someone’s email opens your email application if you have one configured. We can write from roscaille.foundation@gmail.com, learn more about their interests and agree on a way to take part. The page does not send that email or track follow-up status yet. Reading an application does not change it.
When we need a list
Download CSV includes every application matching your search, including those on other pages. You can open it in a spreadsheet. It contains personal information: share it only with people who need it to support volunteering and keep it in a private place.
About email notifications
This version saves responses and makes them available here, but does not send automatic notifications. We chose this approach so receiving applications does not depend on another service. Adding notifications later will require a configured email service and delivery checks without putting form storage at risk.
If an application is missing
Check that the form confirmed receipt and that you are looking at the same installation where it was submitted. Clear the search and refresh. If it is still missing, ask whoever maintains the website to check ROSCAILLE_DATA_DIR. Do not erase or replace the database to try to recover a response.
